Since November 2007, Jérôme Soistier has served as the founder and managing director of  Altadev, a management consulting firm in sustainable performance.  In his activity Jerome is supporting companies in defining and implementing sustainable development strategies, aimed at increasing their competitiveness and their ability to innovate.
