He holds an undergraduate degree in Senior Company Management (UB, 1996) and in Humanities (UOC, 2003) and Doctor in Sociology (UB, 2008). He has been a Researcher at the Institute since 2002 and Lecturer in the Department of Social Sciences at ESADE since 2004.

Currently, he coordinates the line of research focused on CSR and small and medium-sized firms.
