Born 10 January 1945. Graduated Elec. Eng. from Ecole Nationale Aviation Civile in 1969. He has been working in management positions in France, Germany, USA,  for  Semiconductor IC companies until 1997 (Motorola, Texas Instruments, Harris)

He did join ASMI, (Semiconductor equipment) in 1997, and then created his own company  QUALIFLOW in 2000 after acquiring selected patent & product know-how from ASMI. The company went Public in 2003 and then was un-listed & sold-off in 2005.

In 2006 he started “Sud-Angels” a Business Angels investment fund in Montpellier with 18  Angels. Sud-Angels is investing only in early stage in various fields (biotech, software, art-design, chemical).
