Eva Garcia-Pastor is Environmental Engineer and Technician Designer in Solar Power by the “Universitat Autonoma de Barcelona”

Member of the Andorran Parliament since 2005, the European Council and Head of the Environment Commission. She is in charge of the Biodiversity and Climate change report that will be presented to the plenary of the European Council at the beginnings of 2009.
