Jordi Fabregat

Professor Fabregat was Controller for a French multinational from the textile sector which distributes its products through its own shops and through catalogue sales, and General Manager of the manufacturing company which supplied this multinational.

His fields of interest are analysis and financial planning, investment decision-making and its effect on value creation and the valuation of companies, especially those not listed, for acquisition processes, the search for investors for capital increases or the placement of blocks of shares. He has acted as consultant to investors and entrepreneurs in numerous company valuation operations. He is a member of the Spanish Institute of Financial Analysts. Professor Fabregat began to teach at ESADE in 1983 and joined the Department of Financial Management and Control full time in 1994.
